I advocate taking advantage of Social Media outlets as a primary marketing tool for all marketing professionals.  In the “Information Age” and induction of the concept of Global Economy, the channels we have available for our marketing practices are priceless. I read and article that states “The ROI (return of Investment) of Social Media Marketing is, in five years your company will still be relevant” the video is even posted in my blog via Eric Qualman’s Social Media Revolution video post.  That investment is invaluable.<p>

Smart marketing through social media consist of not only being a member of a social media networking community, but to also engage with your associates. Social media happens fast, but success comes at gradual pace and sometimes slowly. If you think you’re going to get involved in social media marketing and have massive influence in two months, you’d better evaluate that plan again!

Mobile media is especially important when marketing your brands. It connects businesses together in ways never imagined.  With these newer marketing tools the ability to properly market brands is as simple as sending the right message to the right platforms at the right time. With the proper social networking team, amazing customer service can be offered at the speed of thought! Also, mobile marketing requires strict permissions from users for active interaction. Meaning, consumers only see what they want to see.

According to Kim Pushing, SM consultant, there are 3 billion and counting MOBILE Internet users. This statistic is not even including regular Internet use via computers! That is an amazing potential client pool for those of us who work daily networking online to have immediate access to. Keep in mind, these are the people who are only using tablets and smart phones!

Surprisingly, visits to social media domains have superseded visits to adult entertainment sites. Many of us know how much revenue that accomplishment is worth!
