Info we have all been waiting for.. XXL FRESHMAN 2O12 FRESHMAN MAG COVER

Nice to see Seattle Hip Hop get the credit it deserves for the artist who ARE giving it there all!  The nation doesn’t know too much about our music scene here in the 206 - but with the rise of talent emerging on the scene we are at the brink of making it big!  Homage to Macklemore for his dedication and enduring all of the “White Rapper” stereotypes!

While, many still don’t know who Iggy Azalea is… you do now! I came across her music months ago and have been trying to get her in Seattle to perform every since - creative, sexy, flow, personality, edge and more.

Take some time to check up on here, several posts are in my blog on recent press!

Roscoe Dash, must I say more? He is a favorite artist of mine - many didn’t click to his latest project.  According to the artist’s interviews, he has much more in store for us!

We must keep in mind these are FRESHMAN - which translates means they still have a long road ahead, and a lot to learn! XXL Just allowed the public to pick the next generation of rap sensations… I hope they all can keep up!

Now, the info you have been waiting for:

The XXL Freshmen Class of 2012 is:

Future, Kid Ink, Danny Brown, French Montana, Roscoe Dash, Macklemore, Don Trip, Machine Gun Kelly, Hopsin and Iggy Azalea.

I voted, my artist is present, and all of my picks… just confirms my good ear for talent :)

Last year XXL 2011 Freshmen included Meek Mill, Big K.R.I.T., Cyhi The Prynce, Lil Twist, Yelawolf, Fred The Godson, Mac Miller, YG, Lil B, Kendrick Lamar, Diggy Simmons. XXL:

"In the past five years that XXL has been picking Freshman classes, never once has making the list been easy. This year included. Similar to 2011, the hype around the Freshmen Class has continued to grow by leaps and bounds, surprising even us with its popularity. For this class the buzz began earlier than ever, four months before the cover was even shot. And it seemed like everyone had a list. From subdued music fans to diehard rap junkies, from Twitter stalkers to industry heavies and featherweights, folks wanted their list to be the XXL list. We listened, asked opinions, took notes." via XXL MAG

Congrats to all the artist, Roscoe Dash, Iggy, Macklemore, and Machine Gun Kelly at the top of my list for Game Changers this year!
